The Living Cities

During the summer of 2008, Forbes magazine published an article entitled “America’s Fastest-Dying Cities”. Western Reserve PBS produced The Living Cities in response to the contention that three cities within their viewing area – Canton, Youngstown, and Cleveland – were dying.
